““Another great year @Diamond Beach. Chad is a great Host who is very attentive and provides a very comfortable, clean and well updated condo. We did not need to bring much because he provides a lot of amenities to make sure your stay is equipped with everything that you would need or would have not realized you would have needed. I love the layouts of his condos and the feel of being at home. Can not wait to come back again and again. I stumbled upon his rental last year by accident and now I don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else. It’s not to far from the boardwalk and is literally a hop skip and jump away from the beach. ”This was the best vacation rental we have ever rented. The condo is beautifully updated, very very clean, and only steps away from the beach. The condo looks just as it does in the photos. It is equipped with everything you need inside as well as beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. I was very impressed with the organization of the kitchen. Everything had a place and was neatly put away. This owner takes pride in the ownership of this property. This is evident in how he has taken care of the condo. ”This was a truly amazing space! Chad responded to the booking request right away and was very responsive to initial questions. Check-in was a breeze. The space is on the first floor which made unpacking the cars easy. The space itself was gorgeous, updated, and super clean. The back porch opens right onto the beach and makes for an amazing view. There was plenty of space for our group and everyone felt comfortable and right at home. Plenty of amenities, and even beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards! ”Not trying to exaggerate, but this is perhaps the best AirBnB experience I’ve had in my 6 years using the service. Calling Chad an outstanding host would be an understatement. I booked the trip last-second (our bags were packed at 1:00 PM on the day of arrival waiting to hit the road when we found a place), and Chad accommodated us. The location was perfect, literally a 20-second walk to the beach. The space was immaculate, and the decor just right - a perfectly beachy theme, with tons of small decorations that add up to a beautiful spot that makes you feel right at home on the beach. The place was so lovely that my inlaws decided to drive out to meet us - my father-in-law couldn’t get over how tastefully the place was decorated. In summary, it was everything that an AirBnB experience should be.”

”From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The condo is so well located, you open the balcony gate right to the sand. Very convenient if you have young kids. Going to the beach is so easy, if you forget something just walk back to the condo and get it. The beach is literally 30 seconds away walking distance. You can hear the ocean and enjoy your coffee in the balcony. My family and friends cooked every day, the kitchen is spotless, well equipped and spacious enough to make the cooking process very easy. This place is definitely a great finding for us. We love OC off season, it’s more relaxing and peaceful. ”Wow. I can’t say enough great things about the host. Chad was so fast to respond and accommodating and even arranged for an early check-in so we could get the baby down for a nap. The unit is very nice. A good dark bedroom for the kids (helpful with naps) and a big bright master bedroom for us. Nice big balcony with a ceiling fan (so effective for keeping bugs away)!!! The location is phenomenal for trekking down to the beach with all of your chairs/coolers/umbrellas etc.”
